Policy**

At CR Lashes Beauty Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. **Appointment Cancellation:**
– If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the service cost.

2. **No-Shows:**
– Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit.

3. **Late Arrivals:**
– If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.

4. **Refunds:**
– Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. In the case of a valid emergency cancellation, the amount paid may be applied towards future services.

5. **Policy Agreement:**
– By booking an appointment with CR Lashes Beauty Studio, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide quality service to all our clients.

6. **Gift vouchers**

– All gift vouchers will have 1 year expiration date and will not be available after then
